A website that only sells to customers is half a website. TenerTech's own site does both, it sells to small businesses, and it's the reason you're reading this page as a student considering these roles. That's the exact thinking you'll practice here.
Most training platforms move you through content in a fixed order. This page doesn't. It's organised the way TenerTech actually builds client sites: around what a visitor needs to decide something, in this case, whether a role is worth pursuing.
Every role below exists inside a business that needs a web presence people actually trust, whether that visitor is a paying customer deciding to book, or a hiring manager deciding whether to trust your portfolio. Design and development are never just for one audience.
The 25+ roles below aren't 25 separate programmes. Every student moves through the same four-stage ladder, on real work, inside a small squad we call a Studio, where a senior TenerTech lead reviews every deliverable before a client ever sees it.
Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Design, QA, Support
PM/Scrum, Business Analysis, Product, DevOps, Marketing, Docs, Success
Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, Sales Engineering, Mobile, SRE
ML, AI/Prompt Engineering, AI Data, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud
Every student starts here, in Shadow stage, for the first 2–4 weeks, regardless of which tier they move into next.
These map straight onto services TenerTech already sells today: a Landing Page, a Small Business Site, a support ticket. A real client was always going to pay for this work; here, a supervised Studio does the build instead of a senior working alone, which is why this tier is largely self-funding from day one.
These don't bill a client directly, but they make Tier 1 run properly once a few Studios are active at once, and some open new revenue of their own, like a Digital Marketing student generating TenerTech's next lead.
No standing client base yet, but each maps to a new package TenerTech can sell once a trained student can deliver it under supervision, the same way AI Code Reviewer and AI Visibility Setup became price-list items.
Real market demand, but the highest supervision and liability load if let loose on a live client system too early. These roles cut their teeth on TenerTech's own internal systems, or a named sponsor's own brief, before ever touching a client's production environment.
Every seat on the Talent Track is meant to be a real, paid placement, not "unpaid experience." We fund Tier 1 seats ourselves out of client revenue, but Tier 2 through 4 need sponsor-funded seats to scale responsibly. If your company runs, or wants to run, a YES-aligned placement, or has a CSI or skills-development budget to place, we handle the day-to-day mentorship and real client-facing work; you get an audited, compliant placement and the impact reporting to go with it.
